Exchange Of Garments

You have 15 days to Exchange a garment from when you receive it.

Please organise an exchange of product via email or DM our Instagram account.

Please send us your order number and the garment size you would like in exchange.

An Exchange will not be issued if the garment has been worn, damaged or has perfume on it.

When processing an exchange of garment, this will be issued within 7 to 15 days, we will not refund any shipping charges or taxes.

When returning your garment please make sure it is placed back into the clear plastic bag it came in near original condition.

 

Return Of Garment

You have 15 days to return a garment from when you receive it.

When sending a garment back please have your order number with the returned package.

A refund will not be issued if the garment has been worn, damaged or has perfume on it.

A refund will be issued within 7 to 15 days, we will not refund any shipping charges or taxes.

 

Sale Items

Sales items are only eligible for exchange.


Faulty / Damaged

Please contact us immediately if you believe an item you've received from an online order has arrived to you damaged or faulty. We will handle this issue with the highest of priority and care.

If a garment is damaged due to incorrect washing, misuse or abnormal use, one two will not be liable and will not provide a refund or exchange. All care instructions can be found in item descriptions online.

In order for us to investigate this matter, one two will require adequate proof before deciding on next steps. We will keep you updated and informed on how we will proceed.
